From the moment we enter this world, we possess a natural connection to our intuition and psychic energy. However, as we mature, societal norms often encourage us to suppress our individuality and prioritize the needs of others, particularly within our familial environment, leading to a depletion of our own energy reserves.
We've all encountered individuals who appear to have it all—fulfilling careers, esteemed educations, a rich network of relationships—but whose happiness and vitality hinge entirely on external factors. If even one aspect of their life encounters turbulence, their mood and energy levels plummet.
True vitality lies in the ability to assert oneself amidst external pressures. It means daring to say "I" when the world demands "we." Successfully managing our energy demands a continuous discernment between external anxieties and our intrinsic well-being. Crucially, it involves refraining from actions dictated solely by the needs of those anxieties. All of this necessitates a courageous confrontation with our own pain.
