Pain, Self and Energy

Reconnecting with our own energy requires confronting and addressing our personal pain. Over my two decades of working with individuals on issues of anxiety and self within the family emotional system, I've learned the importance of tending to my own pain. This process has enabled me to discern between my own emotional experiences and those of others.

Engaging with our own pain is a journey of self-discovery that allows us to differentiate between our individual emotional selves and the feelings projected onto us by others. By understanding this distinction, we gain the ability to navigate between our own energy and the energy of those around us. This awareness empowers us to consciously adjust our internal antenna, directing our focus either inward or outward as needed.
